The KitchenAid KFP0711 ExactSlice System 7-Cup Food Processor is designed for precise slicing. With the manually adjustable stainless steel slicing disc, you can easily adjust from thin to thick slicing by simply turning the knob on the slicing disc. It also comes with a reversible shredding disc and a multipurpose blade for chopping and pureeing. The uniquely designed blade and three speeds (high, low and pulse) give precise slicing and accuracy for soft and hard foods. The low speed works best for foods like tomatoes, mushrooms or bananas. The high speed works best for foods like potatoes, carrots or when shredding cheese. The BPA-free 7-cup work bowl and lid allow the processing of large or small batches quickly.
